Membership on the
email lists is open to everyone (not just NCAS members), but
subscription requests are moderated. Only approved subscribers may post to the
lists at the following addresses (append "@ncastro.org" to the address or use
the javascript-based link, if available). At this time, only the
"club-news" list is actively used:

FRAC
(Front-Range Astronomy Community) This is NOT an NCAS list, but is widely used by members of astronomy
clubs along the front range in northern Colorado and southern Wyoming.

astro-news Share articles of astronomical interest not directly related to
observing events. Suggested topics include space exploration,
discoveries, cosmology, special images, recommended resources (websites,
books, articles), etc.
image Share images (photos, drawings) of objects of interest to the
astronomical community. Discuss astrophotography equipment, techniques,
and image processing.

look-now Notify subscribers of VERY short-lived astronomical phenomena
(aurora, meteor storms, solar flares, comet outbursts, etc.) Subscribers
may want to join using their cell phone text messaging address.
