Protect Night-Adapted Vision: NO

Vehicles

Try to arrive
before dark

Turn off
headlights - if you can do so safely - when arriving/leaving in dark

Avoid "Daytime
Running Lights" - check your manual, minimally set parking brake?

Drive SLOWLY -
don't kick up dust or risk hitting people or equipment

Park so that you
can drive out without activating your backup lights

Turn off or mask
interior lights - including trunk light - if possible
Observing
-
Use flashlights
with dim red light only

Ask equipment
owner before touching telescope - a photo might be in progress!

If you don't know
how to use a telescope, ASK FOR HELP

Don't spray insect
repellant near optical equipment

Keep
food/beverages away from optical equipment
-
"Subdued" sound
levels are generally appreciated
