NOTES:

When I took this photo, the temperature was down to 6F.  Used a still tripod and went for a wide-field, time lapse view of this eclipse.  I began the image run at about 5:40AM and took the last image after the moon set.  Very challenging to try to get the exposures right as the sky & earth brightened and the moon dimmed.  Haven’t looked at many of the images yet.  Don’t know if my time-lapse will work out.  If not, I do have quite a few decent shots of a tiny moon.

Set up the camera in portrait orientation with the first image showing the moon in the upper left corner.  Never moved the camera.  This image is the bottom 1/3 or so of the whole frame.  Reconstructed, color balance, initial stretch & convert to TIFF in Nebulosity.  Slight tweaks & converted to JPEG in PS.
